Take a journey back in time as you visit two of the most extraordinary and historic homes in the United States.
Our day begins at The Hermitage, which was built as the home of our seventh President, Andrew Jackson. The afternoon includes a visit to Belle Meade Mansion and Tennessee wine tasting at the Winery at Belle Meade Plantation.
Historians consider The Hermitage the best preserved early U.S. presidential home, and it is ready for you to explore just as it would have been in 1836. Resting on rolling land that in the 1800s made up an estate that was over 5,000 acres in size, you will find Belle Meade Mansion, an incredible example of Southern Greek Revival Antebellum architecture and formerly a world renowned Thoroughbred farm. This is a memorable place you will want to be sure to visit. Complete the tour and the day with wine tasting at the Winery at Belle Meade Plantation.
Lunch is on your own at historic Hermitage Smorgasbord, a full Southern Buffet, with dessert, drinks, tax & tip included for $10.00 adults, $6.00 ages 6-11, 5 & under free.
