DAY 1 DENVER
Welcome to Denver! Located 5,280 ft above sea level, Denver, or the “Mile-High City” offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and is the perfect place to start your Peaks to Pacific journey. Enjoy the scenery and breathtaking Rocky Mountain views as you head to your hotel to settle in for the night. (Overnight in Denver)

DAY 2 DENVER
Today you will experience the majestic splendor of the Rocky Mountains on an exhilarating full-day sightseeing tour of Rocky Mountain National Park. Celebrated for its abundance of animals and spectacular views, Rocky Mountain National Park will make you feel like you're on top of the world! You'll definitely want your camera on hand for this tour as well as the drive back to your hotel, as you'll be able to enjoy several photo opportunities along the way. Your admission to Rocky Mountain National Park is included. (Overnight in Denver)

DAY 3 DENVER TO SALT LAKE CITY
Travel to the station and board Amtrak's California Zephyr to Salt Lake City for what many travelers say is one of the most beautiful train trips in all of North America. As you climb through the heart of the Rockies and further west through the snow-capped Sierra Nevadas, you may find it hard to disagree. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. DAY 4 SALT LAKE CITY
Welcome to the “Crossroads of the West” or as locals call it, Salt Lake City. Enjoy a guided sightseeing city tour of Salt Lake that covers many popular sights, including the magnificent Great Salt Lake. Spanning approximately 1,700 square miles, the Great Salt Lake is the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi River. Other highlights include the historic Old Union Pacific Train Depot and Temple Square, which features 35 acres of historic sights, exhibits, gardens, and restaurants. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner and spectacular views of the city at The Roof Restaurant. (Overnight in Salt Lake City) D

DAY 5 SALT LAKE CITY TO YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Today, your included roundtrip shuttle service will take you on a scenic drive to West Yellowstone. Check in to your included hotel and settle in for a good night's rest. (Overnight in West Yellowstone)

DAY 6 YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park. Highlights of this informative and scenic tour include Old Faithful Geyser, the Old Faithful Inn, Isa Lake on the Continental Divide, and many more popular sights. Enjoy a leisurely lunch on your own at the Old Faithful Village. (Overnight in West Yellowstone)

DAY 7 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD AMTRAK
Today, you will take a relaxing drive back to Salt Lake City on board the shuttle. Be sure to scope out the breathtaking views along the way. Transfer on your own to the station and board Amtrak's California Zephyr® to San Francisco. (Overnight onboard Amtrak)

DAY 8 SAN FRANCISCO
Arrive in San Francisco at the Emeryville station, where you will board your included motorcoach transfer for a short trip across the bay to San Francisco. Upon your arrival in the festive “City by the Bay,” feel free to start exploring the area on your own. The famous Fisherman's Wharf, which offers entertainment, shopping, and tasty local cuisine, is a great place to start. (Overnight in San Francisco)

DAY 9 SAN FRANCISCO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK
Today you'll spend the day taking in the beauty of one of America's most iconic national landmarks, Yosemite National Park. But first, enjoy the panoramic views of the gorgeous San Francisco sunrise while crossing the Bay Bridge. The rest of your drive to Yosemite will offer stunning scenery as well, including the snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains. Once you reach this serene destination, you'll have 2.5 hours to hike, shop, and sample the local cuisine in Yosemite Village. Arrive back at your hotel just in time for a spectacular San Francisco sunset. (Overnight in San Francisco)
