Trip Overview

Travel across the wondrous expanse of Canada and down to the great city of Seattle on this scenic rail journey. Begin your trip exploring the bustling city of Toronto and discover the majestic Niagara Falls. Then travel by rail across Canada, seeing unforgettable landscapes as you make your way to the Canadian Rockies. Travel down the spectacular Icefields Parkway with snow covered mountains surrounding you as you head into Banff. In Jasper National Park, your tour will take you to see winter wildlife and so much more. Then continue your journey west to Vancouver for two nights in the dynamic city. Finally, head south for a fun, final night in vibrant Seattle.

Welcome to Toronto! Transfer on your own to your centrally-located hotel and start exploring the city. (Overnight in Toronto)

DAY 2 TORONTO TO NIAGARA FALLS
Today, you'll enjoy a full day tour to the mighty Niagara Falls. Explore this natural wonder and discover all Niagara Falls has to offer. Journey behind the falls in the caves, enjoy a meal overlooking the falls, visit the local shops in Niagara-on-the-Lake and more! (Overnight in Toronto) L

DAY 3 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD VIA RAIL
Today, explore Toronto at your leisure. Admission to the CN Tower is included for beautifully views of Toronto from over 533 meters above the ground! Tonight, board your overnight train west to the Canadian Rockies. (Overnight onboard VIA Rail)

DAY 4 & 5 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD VIA RAIL
Continue on the VIA Rail and relax in the observation car while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and views along the way! Discover the beauty of Canada at a pace that allows you to be in tune with the nature around you. (Overnight onboard VIA Rail)

DAY 6 JASPER
Travel through the snow covered Canadian Rockies today arriving in the mountain town of Jasper this afternoon. Take the afternoon to explore the local restaurants and shops in picturesque downtown area. (Overnight in Jasper)

DAY 7 JASPER TO BANFF
Travel along the world-famous Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic drives you can take, as you make your way from Jasper National Park to Banff National Park. Enjoy breathtaking mountain peaks, beautiful frozen lakes and rivers and you may even spot some wildlife. (Overnight in Banff)

DAY 8 BANFF
Today, prepare to see the Canadian Rockies from the top of Sulphur Mountain. Board a fully-enclosed gondola and ascend to an elevation of 7,470 feet for stunning views of the mountain ranges, Bow Valley, and more! (Overnight in Jasper)

DAY 9 BANFF TO JASPER
Wander the local shops and eateries in downtown Banff or take a walk along the Bow River to Bow Falls. This afternoon, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Jasper. (Overnight in Jasper)

DAY 10 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD VIA RAIL
This morning, you'll be taken on a tour of Jasper National Park to view some of the winter wildlife and learn more about their habitats and history of the area. You may see elk, deer, sheep, coyotes, moose or more! This afternoon, board VIA Rail and enjoy the scenery of the Rockies as you travel west to Vancouver. (Overnight on VIA Rail)

DAY 11 VANCOUVER
Arrive in Vancouver this evening and then begin exploring the city on your own. (Overnight in Vancouver)

DAY 12 VANCOUVER
Today, begin using your included hop-on, hop-off sightseeing tour of Vancouver. Visit popular sites, including Stanley Park, Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island, and more! Enjoy your included admission to FlyOver Canada and the Vancouver Lookout. (Overnight in Vancouver)

DAY 13 VANCOUVER TO SEATTLE
Make your way on the train station in Vancouver this morning for your scenic journey on Amtrak's Cascades line to Seattle. Upon arrival in Seattle, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay and begin discovering the ‘Emerald City.' Check out the iconic Space Needle for 360-degree views of the entire city, picturesque Elliott Bay and the snow-capped Mt. Rainier in the distance.
