Chef Tom Weaver, a native of Louisiana, has been the executive chef at The Court of Two Sisters since 1998. His culinary experience includes eight years as executive chef at Christian's Restaurant in New Orleans along with executive positions at Seb's Restaurant in New Orleans and the Brass Lantern in LaPlace, Louisiana.
All of his experiences have given Chef Tom the knowledge and expertise that he uses everyday at The Court of Two Sisters. He enjoys the challenges and excitement of coordinating one the largest kitchens in the esteemed restaurant industry of New Orleans. Chef Tom takes great pride in preparing his version of New Orleans cuisine for visitors from around the world as well as The Court of Two Sisters' local clientele.
Dinner is Table d'Hote Menu which includes appetizer, entree, dessert, coffee or tea and includes all tax and meal gratuity.
