About Grand Depot Cafe - Dinner

Across from the hotel and adjacent to the depot trackside sits Grand Depot Cafe (formerly Max and Thelma's Restaurant). The 350-seat restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for Grand Canyon Railway passengers and patrons. Known for an expansive buffet, made-to-order choices of American fare are also available. Enjoy the rail atmosphere as a model replica of the train circles the room.

A full gift shop is also in the restaurant.


Dinner is served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The dinner buffet includes unlimited soup and salad. Signature entrees such as Prime Rib and New York Strip may be available as well as chicken, fish and a great dessert selection.

Alcoholic beverage service is also available.
