Follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Desk near the Baggage Claim area. Ask an agent to arrange for SuperShuttle service, or, you can call SuperShuttle direct from the courtesy phone next to the Ground Transportation Desk.

DCA AIRPORT - Follow signs for Ground Transportation to SuperShuttle boarding area, curbside at each terminal. A uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist you between 6:30 AM - 11:30 PM.

IAD AIRPORT - Follow signs toward Ground Transportation / Shared Ride Vans. SuperShuttle counters (open 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.) are on the lower level, just before the exit. When your ticket number is called, proceed outside.

BWI AIRPORT - SuperShuttle counters (open 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.) are located on the lower level between Southwest Airlines luggage carousels 1-5 (Pier A / B baggage claim). When your ticket number is called, proceed outside.
